How Our Business Works

   Our service time starts when vehicle reports ready for boarding, or from the scheduled pick up time, whichever happens later.

   Our service time may also start when passenger is on board or from the scheduled pick up time, whichever happens sooner.

   We do not charge the travel time taken from our terminal or last job to the pick up point. 

   Our service time ends when the last passenger disembarks at the last drop off point.

   We also do not charge for the return travel time taken from the final drop off point back to our terminal or next job.

   Minimum service times apply to hourly jobs.  Minimum service times vary.  They vary, depending on the vehicle type and the day of the week. 

   Minimum service times are longer for weekends and holiday eves.  Our minimum service times are shown on our hourly rate sheets for different vehicles and different days and times.

   When minimum service time is met, we round off our service time to its nearest quarter hour for charging
